Join us as an APAC People & Culture Business Partner
We’re seeking a proactive, collaborative, and forward-thinking P+C Business Partner to drive impactful people strategies across our APAC Service and Market Portfolios. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with senior leaders to shape initiatives that enable change, elevate employee experience, and align talent priorities with business objectives.
You’ll work closely with APAC Service and Market Portfolio Leaders, regional stakeholders, Geography Business Partners, and global Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver integrated solutions that strengthen organizational capability and foster a culture of engagement and performance.

The Opportunity
- Drive Strategic People Initiatives: Align talent strategies with business priorities, supporting transformation and change across APAC portfolios.
- Enable Leadership & Talent Growth: Partner with leaders and CoEs to deliver leadership development, succession planning, and career progression programs.
- Enhance Employee Experience: Implement global initiatives locally, champion DEI strategies, and foster a culture of engagement and inclusion.
- Leverage Data for Impact: Use people insights to shape workforce planning, retention, and performance strategies across diverse geographies.
- Ensure Regional Alignment & Compliance: Collaborate with geography partners to maintain cultural relevance, manage people-related risks, and support global rollouts.
Is this role right for you?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years of HR experience, including 2-3 years in a business partnering role.
- Experience working across APAC markets and supporting regional initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Cultural sensitivity and humility to embrace market nuances and allow adaptability Preferred
- Understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory environments.
- Experience in professional services or engineering consultancy industries.
- Familiarity with regional talent trends and workforce challenges.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
