Drive innovation by playing a pivotal role in delivering major structural projects, including Data Centre, by harnessing cutting-edge BIM and digital tools
As an Architect at Arup, you will:
Deliver architectural design services across all project phases, from feasibility studies and concept design through to detailed design and construction support.
Lead small to medium sized architectural projects with limited supervision from senior architects.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated project information, including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications
Participate in feasibility studies and support the development of design strategies for new investments.
Actively contribute to multidisciplinary design coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan and coordinate the work of architectural team members, monitor progress and support project delivery.
Work closely with cost consultants, bid specialists and planning/scheduling teams.
Liaise with local authorities, approval bodies and stakeholders to support permitting and consent processes.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about Architecture and excited to contribute to a wide range of challenging and often iconic projects in an international environment. These are the essential skills and qualifications for the position:
Minimum 7 years of experience in the design of buildings within an architectural or engineering consultancy environment.
Experience in delivering building permit and detailed design documentation.
Experience in the design and delivery of industrial and/or technology sector projects.
Strong understanding of the development process, including permitting and regulatory approvals.
Proficiency in Revit
English language skills at a communicative level
Degree in Architecture (Bachelors or Masters)
Polish language essential
We also value:
BIM expertise, including project setup, model management and content creation within BIM environments.
Professional Architectural License
Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on complex projects from concept through completion
Knowledge of Polish permitting processes and regulatory requirements
Experience in delivering sustainable and low-carbon buildings
German language skills
