The Opportunity

To support our commitment in providing world-class finance services, our Automation Analyst will provide support to our Shared Services. An Automation Specialist focuses on designing, developing, and implementing automated systems to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks. This role is based in Philippines.

Your role in our team 

·         Creating automation solutions tailored to specific business needs.

·         Writing and testing code for automation tools and systems

·         Ensuring seamless integration of automation systems with existing processes.

·         Evaluating the effectiveness of automated solutions and making improvements as needed

·         Working with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and align solutions with organizational goals

·         Provide documentation, training, and support for automated processes

·         Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices

·         Create and maintain reports, dashboards and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders

Is this role right for you?

·         Advance skills and working experience in MS Excel

·         Working experience building / mobilizing reports in MS Excel

·         Working experience in data visualization (PowerBI)

·         Knowledgeable and experience in (VBA, Macro, Power Apps & Power Automate) to automate reports

·         Working experience on project management

·         Good stakeholder management, with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations

·         Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly

·         Can work well as part of a team; ability to work well across different levels

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work independently using own initiative and as part of a team.

·         Strong attention to detail and an emphasis on accuracy.

·         Fluent in English
