The role is based in Manila office.

Your role in our team

·       Directly reporting to Infra Senior Secretary/Business Administrator

·       To provide bids support to Infrastructure Group.

·       Regular contact with Cost Center/Business Leads, Business & Market Leads and Infra Senior Secretary/Business Administrator

·       Regular contact with other engineers/professionals within own discipline across the firm.

·       Assist in conducting searches for new leads including EOIs, RFPs, and RFQs

·       Collaborate with team members to develop proposals and client qualifications.

·       Provides support with bids and business development, preparing and coordinating inputs.

·       Assists in different kinds of CV formatting & bid forms completions.

·       Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of new tasks on a project-by-project basis. 

·       Other bid tasks that may ask from time to time.

Is this role right for you?

·       Bachelor’s degree (open to all majors – business, engineering, marketing etc)

·       At least 3 years’ experience of working in pursuits and bids in the Consulting/Construction industry.

·       Good verbal and written communication skills 

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

·       Must have collaboration skills and a proactive attitude, with an ability to work within a team environment and with staff of all levels 

·       Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with great attention to detail. 

·       Knowledge in CRM is a plus.

·       Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop is an advantage.
