The role is based in Manila office.
Your role in our team
· Creates coordinated discipline parametric models for analysis and documentation;
· Provides project teams with engineering information and other data from project information model as required
· Produces BIM deliverables according to industry/project/company standards;
· Adopts automation on projects as part of workflow, whenever permissible;
· Ensures compliance to BEP and LOD requirements;
· Provides technical support to less experienced staff/s;
· Delegates and reviews key activities of team members, where appropriate;
· Ensures project deliveries according to agreed timeline and quality;
· Represents group in internal meetings;
· Provides regular updates/reports of drawing/model status to project leads.

Is this role right for you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
- Minimum five years relevant working experience in 2D drawing production/parametric modelling of project information models;
- Must have good knowledge and skill in Civil/Utilities and Infrastructure modelling;
- Proficient technical skills in CAD/BIM and design review application/s such as
- Civil3D and Navisworks. Revit and Infraworks are desired but not required;
- Familiar with cadastral systems in the Philippines;
- Familiarity with GIS and LiDAR software preferred;
- Programming skills in Dynamo is desired but not required;
- Knowledgeable in BIM software interoperability with other engineering design software;
- Preferably with experience in BIM360 and ProjectWise set-up;
- Familiar on model LOD/LOI requirements;
- Understands basic engineering principles;
- Knows to work with team but also knows to work independently or with minimal supervision;
- Good oral and written communication.
