As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM solutions for major infrastructure projects across Vietnam while supporting projects throughout Southeast Asia and the wider APAC region. Working with multidisciplinary local and international teams, you will drive digital excellence by ensuring BIM standards, quality, and collaboration are embedded throughout project delivery. This role also provides an exciting opportunity to expand your technical expertise, contribute to innovation and thought leadership, and develop into a future BIM leadership position.

The Opportunity

• Develop and coordinate high-quality BIM models and project documentation using Revit, working closely with structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams. 
• Collaborate daily with local and international teams across Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and the broader APAC region to deliver complex infrastructure projects. 
• Independently deliver BIM models for routine projects while providing guidance and support to other team members. 
• Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project requirements, corporate quality standards, and Common Data Environment (CDE) protocols. 
• Monitor project workloads, coordinate delivery schedules with project managers, and contribute to business development, knowledge sharing, and BIM innovation initiatives.

Is this role right for you?

• A College or University qualification in Civil, Structural, or Infrastructure Engineering with 2–8 years' experience delivering infrastructure projects. 
• Experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role, with strong knowledge of Revit and familiarity with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Navisworks highly regarded. 
• Strong technical capability in BIM modelling and coordination, with programming skills in Python, C#, Dynamo, or Rhino.Inside.Revit considered an advantage. 
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with Chinese language skills viewed favourably. 
• Experience working on large, complex infrastructure projects, particularly those delivered in collaboration with teams from Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, or other leading Asia-Pacific markets, along with a collaborative mindset and commitment to quality.
