The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled BIM Technician to support the delivery and development of CAD/BIM capabilities within our Structures team. Collaborating closely with senior leaders you will create, manage, and coordinate high-quality models using advanced BIM software for structural and building designs. You’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure design compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers a pathway for career progression, with opportunities to deepen your expertise and grow within a team committed to impactful, sustainable solutions

    • Uses BIM software to create 3D models of structures and buildings from 2D information and combine multiple sets of drawings into one model
    • Create, develop and revise drawings and documentation using BIM software; able to coordinate and collaborate to ensure the 3D models, Structural data aligns with the overall design
    • Present designs and provide solution to changes when required’ and keeping all documents are accurate and up to date that enables the engineers to visualize and plan projects effectively
    • Able to build relationship and connection with the client, within the industry from local to international market
    • Manage and ensure the project runs smoothly and is done to the correct standards and timelines.

Is this role right for you?

  • Strong CAD/BIM technical background and a strong interest, desire or working knowledge of BIM processes and software
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Professional Qualification with knowledge and experience in Civil and Structural engineering.
  • Experience in managing key projects within the Structural project team
  • Experience in the consulting engineering environment, including the ability to advise clients on cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Working knowledge of at least one main 3D BIM product, including configuration, setup and management
