You will have the opportunity do socially useful work that has meaning – to Arup, to your career, to our members and to the clients and communities we serve.

Is this role right for you?

  • Currently working or have worked with a Client Relationship Management tool, preferably Microsoft Dynamics365.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, Media, Commerce or similar.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of projects or programmes, including maintaining project plans, schedules, risks, actions and progress reporting within a structured project management environment.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate meetings, workshops, testing activities and delivery milestones while ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing high-quality project documentation, status reports, user guidance and communications, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and consistent information.
