We are looking for someone who is passionate about urban regeneration, housing, transport, and the integration of these factors in shaping the places around us. Ideally, we are looking for someone with c. 12 – 36 months of experience in the built environment, preferably with some experience in consultancy.

Candidates do not need to have knowledge of all items listed above. We are an inclusive team who have a range of different backgrounds and professional experience. We encourage individuals to apply if they have a keen interest in cities and regions, the way they function and developing sustainable solutions to shape a better world.

We are looking for the following qualifications, attributes, and skills:

You are a self-starter with good organisational and time-management skills.
You have a clear interest in working on projects related to the built environment, specifically but not limited to urban regeneration, housing, transport and net zero. You also have an interest in current affairs relating to the sector.
Useful but not required:
Statistical analysis and data visualisation, and using software such as GIS and PowerBI software
Economic modelling experience e.g. Cost Benefit Analysis
Better Business Case Training.
If you can combine these skills with an understanding of (or willingness to learn about) the industry and a desire to deliver excellent services for clients, we’d like to hear from you.
