Arup is offering a unique opportunity for a passionate and skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a Geotechnical Engineer at Arup, you'll contribute to some of the most exciting and diverse infrastructure projects, providing expert advice on ground conditions and geotechnical design. The Opportunity 

•    Communicate with clients and project engineers to understand project requirements.
•    Conduct geotechnical investigations and analyses, including desktop studies and site investigations.
•    Plan, specify, and manage site investigations and laboratory testing programmes.
•    Develop geotechnical design solutions, including shallow and deep foundations, slope stability, and ground improvement.
•    Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and collaborate with clients and engineers on project-specific solutions.

Is this role right for you? 

•    A recognised tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, with a post-graduate qualification in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
•    A minimum of 4-5 years of geotechnical design experience, including project management and supervising investigations.
•    Technical expertise in geotechnical design software such as Plaxis 2D, LPile, Slide, and gINT.
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to develop successful client relationships.
•    A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to excel in a collaborative team environment.
