As a Façade Designer, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality consultancy services across façade, glazing, cladding, wall, and roofing systems that shape modern building envelopes. Working alongside experienced technical specialists, you will support the analysis, design, modelling, and documentation of innovative building solutions across a range of projects. This role offers the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise, client engagement skills, and project delivery capabilities within a collaborative consulting environment.
The Opportunity
· Assist senior team members with façade and building envelope analysis, design development, modelling, technical research, and project computations.
· Prepare specifications, reports, presentations, tender submissions, and project documentation while ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy.
· Contribute to project delivery by managing timeframes, supporting project performance, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
· Support the development and maintenance of quality systems, compliance standards, and workplace health and safety requirements across projects.
· Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while representing the team in meetings, presentations, and project discussions.

Is this role right for you?
· A recognised tertiary qualification in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, with relevant industry experience in façade, building envelope, or sustainability design.
· Proficiency in industry-standard digital design and modelling tools such as Rhino/Grasshopper, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Strand7, IES, Ecotect, Therm, or similar platforms.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
· A commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and delivering high-quality outcomes within a collaborative team environment.
