Join Arup’s Office Services team onsite as a key member supporting the NSW/ACT offices in delivering exceptional workplace and facilities management services. In this front-desk based role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues- championing a warm, professional, and seamless experience aligned with Arup’s values. You will also play a key role in fostering collaboration, enhancing office operations, and driving continuous improvement across our workplace experience.
The Opportunity
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience to all clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
- Manage key reception duties including visitor registration, meeting room readiness, in-room service delivery, and lounge area presentation.
- Support Arup members by assisting with access cards, lockers, mail coordination, pool car bookings, and providing general office guidance.
- Collaborate with the broader Office Services team to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistent standard of service across the workplace.
- Assist in delivering events, exhibitions, and activations while identifying opportunities for service and operational improvements.

- Experience in a front-of-house, customer service, or concierge role in a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high standards and a polished experience for clients and colleagues alike.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
