The Opportunity

As a Graduate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Consultant, you will support our team in managing governance programs and providing risk management services for various projects. 

 

As a Graduate GRC Consultant at Arup, you will:

  • Assist in developing and managing the GRC framework for client projects. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements. 
  • Support ISO and GDPR compliance efforts. 
  • Help manage technical and operational resilience, including business continuity and disaster recovery planning. 
  • Participate in implementing governance programs, including risk management and data security. 
  • Maintain records such as risk registers, audit logs, and action lists. 
  • Assist in preparing reports for client meetings and committees. 

Does this role inspire you?

We're looking for graduates currently pursuing or recently graduated with a level 8 Degree or Masters in Business, Management, Information Technology, Law or a related field.

We also value: 

  • Strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify risks and compliance issues. 
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in maintaining records. 
  • Strong communication skills for preparing reports and interacting with clients and team members. 
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Basic understanding of ISO standards, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements would be beneficial. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions. 
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and develop professionally. 
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and practices
