The Opportunity
Our Copenhagen office seeks a talented Graduate Project Manager to support project management within multi-disciplinary technical teams across various business areas. You’ll join the Denmark Advisory team comprising Project and Design Managers and Engineers, tackling complex challenges in the built environment with creativity, expertise, and a commitment to social purpose.

As a Project Manager at Arup, you will:
Support and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of project management services throughout various stages of the project lifecycle.
Support client and stakeholder management for gathering user requirements and communicating those with the wider project team.
Support with the creation and maintenance of project schedules, procurement strategies and delivery coordination.
Assist with the delivery of projects ensuring that schedule, budget, procurement and quality expectations are met.

You are able to balance multiple responsibilities, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and maintain a commitment to delivering quality work.
Additionally, we value if you have:
A master’s degree in project management / civil / structural / building services / electrical / mechanical engineering / architecture or similar.
Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, teamwork, negotiation, and relationship building.
The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to contribute to design solutions that respond to client briefs.
Familiarity with project management processes, systems, and tools, and well-developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Some experience or academic exposure to project management within industrial or construction environments is preferred but not essential.
The ability to work effectively within a team, showing initiative, supporting others, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Strong command of at least one Scandinavian language is required.
