Responsibilities:

1.     Assist project manager and senior designer in conception, preliminary design and refinement of urban design schemes, participate in design discussions and optimizations as required.

2.     Be responsible for collecting materials related to urban planning, land use, transportation, environment, site formation and other aspects of the project, and provide preliminary analysis and data support for the design work.

3.     Focus on participating in the 3D design phase of the scheme, including design elaboration and scheme generation; proficiently use design software such as AutoCAD and Rhino for 3D modeling, and assist in drawing various design drawings, such as master plans, 3D analysis diagrams, and renderings.

4.     Assist in preparing project report materials, including PPT production and design description writing, and participate in client presentation meetings.

5.     Complete other design - related work assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor's degree or above in urban design, architecture, urban planning or related majors.​

2.     Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Microsoft Office, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop; preference will be given to those who can use software like Lumion, Enscape and Grasshopper.​

3.     Possess solid professional knowledge in urban design, and be familiar with relevant laws, regulations and standards in urban planning or architectural design.​

4.     Good presentation and communication skills.​

5.     Excellent written and verbal English skills.

6.     Proven to be a teamwork member and have service awareness and responsibility, rigorous and meticulous, pressure resistance and time management capability.​

7.     Preference will be given to those with internship or work experience in relevant urban design projects.​
