The Opportunity
Arup is going through a period of significant growth and is looking for a HR Business Partner to support our Portfolio Leaders in achieving this growth. You will be part of the UKIMEA Partnering team, supporting our Portfolio Leaders and working closely with our Global Centres of Excellence.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic workforce planning initiatives that align with the organisation’s long-term goals. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to analyse workforce data, identify future capability needs, and develop proactive plans to address talent gaps. Your ability to translate business strategy into actionable people plans will be key to driving sustainable growth and building a resilient, future-ready workforce
The ideal candidate will have the ability to partner as a trusted advisor but also comfortable providing challenge to drive performance and foster a positive culture. The talent agenda will be key to enable growth; the successful candidate will be integral to talent identification and development to ensure the right people and skills are in place for future success.

Is this role right for you?
We are looking for individuals who:
Have operated as a HR Business partner in a complex matrix organisation with a focus on operational excellence and delivery
Have significant experience in strategic workforce planning.
Have a growth mindset, a high level of curiosity flexibility in their approach who are confident working with and drawing insights from multiple data sets to support decision-making
Are creative problem solvers with a high level of initiative and a sense of personal accountability
Are highly skilled at relationship management with senior stakeholders and be used to resistance to change
Have experience working in professional services who hold a professional qualification HR or equivalent experience
