The Opportunity

In adherence to Italian labor law regarding Protected Categories (Law 68/99), Arup is actively seeking talented individuals from Protected Categories to join our dynamic team. This initiative spans across two primary domains: business roles and business service roles. 

Business Roles 
The following opportunities are available within our business-oriented teams: 

• Engineer: Contribute to cutting-edge projects in design, development, and optimization, ensuring technical excellence and innovation. 
• Architect: Shape sustainable and creative designs for buildings and infrastructure, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. 
• Project Portfolio Manager (PPM): Drive strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of diverse projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
• Consultant: Provide expertise and advisory services to clients, enabling them to achieve business transformation and operational efficiency. 

Business Services Roles 
Opportunities are also available within our support and service-oriented teams: 

• Human Resources (HR): Champion employee engagement, recruitment, development, contributing to a thriving workplace culture. 
• Finance: Manage financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure the company’s fiscal health. 
• Front Office Coordinator: manage the front desk of the office and ensure smooth operations as welcoming clients and visitors. 

Qualifications 
Candidates should possess: 

• Eligibility under Italian labor law for Protected Categories (Law 68/99). 
• Relevant educational background and/or professional experience tied to the specific role applied for. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
