The Opportunity
Marketing and Communications campaigns
- Provide implementation support for integrated marketing and communications campaigns. This can include eDM, social media promotions, events and client activities.
- Collate measurement and feedback reports for campaigns to enable ROI assessment, identification of best practice and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Event management
- Coordination of large- and small-scale events (virtual and in- person) not limited to invitation, RSVP tracking and reporting, speaker liaison etc.
- Support supplier negotiation, governance, and payment process
- Handle supplier management.
- Manage delivery of events.
- Manage production of post-event report.
General marketing and communications support
- Coordinate entry to industry awards and promotion of award wins internally and externally.
- Coordinate the development of content for website and social media channels.
- Provide support to enable the effective use of marketing tools for campaigns.
- Support media monitoring.
- Support internal campaigns and events.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, market trends, undertake basic desktop research etc.
- Provide support to wider Marketing and Communications team.

Is this role right for you?
Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, Media, Commerce or similar.
- At least 6 years’ experience in marketing, communications in a professional / business environment.
- Strong in event management.
- Proven ability to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience developing content across various channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Experience in using Marketo and CRM tools.
Skills and attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong English and Chinese writing skills with ability to develop and edit copy to a high standard.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, while also collaborating within a team environment.
- Commitment to exemplifying Arup’s aims, particularly those of being a ‘humane organization,’ maintaining ‘quality of work,’ and ‘straight and honorable dealings.
