Joining Arup
Arup’s purpose, shared values and collaborative approach has set us apart for over 75 years, guiding how we shape a better world.
Oasys is the brand through which Arup sells its market-leading technical software, developed by the Product Engine team within the Digital Technology Group. The Opportunity
At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. Our strength comes from how we respect, share and connect our diverse experiences, perspectives and ideas. You will have the opportunity do socially useful work that has meaning – to Arup, to your career, to our members and to the clients and communities we serve.
- The Oasys commercial team sells and supports a variety of software products. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about our geotechnical, structural, and pedestrian simulation tools, their markets, and how they’re used in practice. As a small but growing team, there’s real potential to influence how we expand over time.
- The team has ambitious growth plans, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to progress in either sales or marketing.
- You will take ownership of the Oasys social media presence.
- You will support the maintenance of the current Oasys website and help lead the development of a brand-new version in the near future.
- You’ll provide webinar support, assisting with setup and managing configurations for speakers and attendees.
- You’ll contribute to content marketing activities such as case studies, video production, and creating visuals.
- A typical day may begin with assessing and allocating incoming leads. You’ll then review recent social media activity and consider how performance insights might inform future content. Website updates may be needed, and you’ll ensure all new content is SEO-optimised and links remain relevant and functional. Team meetings will provide an opportunity to check in on task allocation and progress updates. When a webinar is scheduled, you’ll spend time setting it up and fine-tuning settings. During event season, you’ll correspond with attendees, speakers, and exhibitors to coordinate logistics and ensure events run smoothly.
