About this career opportunity… 

Based within Arup’s Global Finance team, our Payroll Shared Service Centre is responsible for the end-to-end processing of the monthly payrolls for Arup members within UK, India, Middle East and Africa.  An exciting opportunity has arisen for a FTC Payroll Advisor to undertake with these activities, alongside supporting the team to be successful with a Global Payroll Transformation project currently underway. 

 
You will make an impact in this role by supporting with payroll activities including 

·       Processing pay impacting changes for our members

·       Reconciling payrolls

·       Responding to member queries and supporting to deliver a world class member experience

·       Payroll related accounting

·       Processing statutory payments

To achieve in this role, you are likely to… 

·       Demonstrate excellent payroll processing and legislative knowledge

·       Have experience of processing overseas payrolls  

·       Be able to work with an exceptionally high degree of accuracy and to tight timescales  

·       Have experience of working in payroll bureau environment  

·       Be experienced in using Excel to undertake analysis and reconciliation

·       Demonstrate proficient written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
