The Opportunity
Join our vibrant team as a People Services Advisor in our Newcastle office!
As a key member of the People Services team, you'll provide expert advice and support to a defined geography, collaborating with various stakeholders.
Your role includes coaching managers, enhancing their capabilities, and boosting confidence in applying our people policies, manage sickness absence, drive well-being initiatives, and contribute to policy development.
The People services Advisor will also play a pivotal role in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on data trends, ensuring early intervention and solutions.

Is this role right for you?
We are looking for people who:
- Have experience of working in a generalist People focused role in a similar organisation with detailed knowledge of people best practices, processes and systems.
- Have experience of supporting the business with complex employee relations cases including performance management.
- Can provide complex People related advice to managers with confidence and self-belief.
- Have working knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to identify, explain and strategize to mitigate legal, reputational, and financial risk.
- Hold CIPD membership and can evidence own continuous professional development.
