The Project Manager lead role for Arup Singapore involves leading and managing multidisciplinary projects, driving business growth, and ensuring technical excellence within the Program and Project Management Business Unit. This position requires effective project delivery, business development, and strategic contributions to the business unit's growth and success.

The Opportunity 

•    Lead and manage projects for external Arup clients, ensuring successful and profitable delivery.
•    Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, government agencies, sub-consultants, and contractors.
•    Supervise and prepare proposals, submissions, and negotiate contracts within the business unit's framework.
•    Minimise risk exposure through appropriate contract formation, project management, and OH&S procedures.
•    Train and develop staff within the Singapore Program and Project Management Business Unit.

Is this role right for you? 

•    Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional membership/accreditation with AIPM or equivalent.
•    Substantial knowledge and experience in program management, project management, and related areas.
•    Ability to independently undertake program analyses and report on results.
•    Experience in managing key programs and projects, including the supervision of multi-disciplinary project teams.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organisation at high levels within the industry.
