The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our UKIMEA property portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Workplace & Facilities Management, you will lead the Property Team and collaborate closely with the wider WFM function. This is a dynamic role that involves managing relationships with landlords, property agents, solicitors, and other external partners, while also working with internal stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Insurance, and Office Leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring our property portfolio is managed effectively, supporting refurbishments, relocations, and expansions, and safeguarding compliance with lease obligations.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong eye for detail. You will need to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in property negotiations, legal processes, and project delivery. If you are confident, adaptable, and a natural team player with excellent stakeholder management skills, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the future of our workplace and facilities strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with professional advisors including landlords, property agents, and solicitors

  • Oversee property negotiations and legal processes

  • Instruct advisors and agree fee levels

  • Lead market research activities to inform property strategy

  • Facilitate negotiations for property-related transactions, including new projects

  • Work with Office Leaders and stakeholders to ensure awareness of lease terms, break dates, and dilapidation obligations

  • Support property projects such as refurbishments, relocations, and expansions/contractions of space

  • Liaise with internal functions (Finance, Insurance, Tax, DTG, WFM) on property-related matters

  • Manage property hand backs and office sublets

  • Respond to queries related to lease obligations

  • Maintain and update all UKIMEA property lease documents

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, follow processes, and escalate appropriately

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to seek clarity and logic behind issues

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

  • Positive, confident team player with a strong work ethic and adaptable attitude to changing business needs

  • Effective time-management skills, balancing priorities while maintaining flexibility and professionalism
