Our Jakarta Transport Infrastructure team is seeking a proactive and driven Senior Alignment Engineer to lead and deliver road and rail projects while contributing fresh ideas to how we work. The Opportunity

•    Lead and deliver civil design work for road and rail projects, including alignment, drainage, earthworks, pavement/track, and utilities design.
•    Take responsibility for civil design elements on small to medium projects and specific packages on large, complex projects.
•    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, and represent the firm in meetings and events.
•    Manage project planning, schedules, budgets, resources, technical documentation, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
•    Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and contribute to proposals, EOIs, and the long-term business strategy.

Is this role right for you?

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree advantageous) with at least 5 years’ experience in transport infrastructure design.
•    Strong technical expertise in several areas such as road & rail alignment, drainage, earthworks, pavement or track design, and utilities relocation.
•    Proficiency in industry-standard software including Autodesk Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads and/or OpenRail, and familiarity with Indonesian and international design codes.
•    Experience delivering projects in a consulting environment, working independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
•    Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, motivation to drive sustainable outcomes, and a desire to excel and lead by example.
