The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Asset Management Consultant to join our dynamic team, specialising in asset management team, with a strong emphasis on water. Our consultants play a pivotal role in helping clients optimise their asset management, ensuring maximum value from their investments while navigating the complexities of the water sector.  As senior consultant you will direct and manage asset management projects, delivering high-quality outputs that align with client objectives.  You will partner with clients to develop and implement effective asset management strategies and business cases, ensuring sustainability and resilience.  Advise on the evolution of digital asset management tools and processes, fostering innovation and continuous improvement along with conducting comprehensive assessments of asset performance, lifecycle management, and risk to inform decision-making.  The role will also involve facilitation of  stakeholder engagement and relationship management, ensuring a client-centric approach in all interactions.  Furthermore you will promote business development initiatives, leveraging industry knowledge to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Is this role right for you?
We are seeking a candidate with relevant experience in the water sector, ideally with a focus on asset management along with appreciation of the water sector, challenges and asset lifecycle and regulatory frameworks.
We are interested in the following skills, knowledge and experience;
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • IAM Certificate or Diploma qualifications, or Chartered status
  • Experience in developing and implementing asset management frameworks and strategies that drive performance and efficiency.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong interest in digital technologies and developing tools for data management.
