Responsibilities: 책무:

      Contributes to the development of local business strategy and compile and agree local business plans which support regional and global strategy.

      Ensures the production of clear and actionable business plans and objectives.

     운영(사업) 계획 및 목표 수립

      Establish, energise and develop a team capable of developing and delivering agreed business plans and objectives.

     합의된 사업 계획 목표를 충족시킬 수 있는 팀 구성, 동기부여 및 성장

      Leads and orchestrate the bidding process for major local projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensure the successful and profitable acquisition of targeted business opportunities.

     회사 내 타 팀들과의 협력을 통해 국내 주요 프로젝트의 입찰 과정을 선도하고 프로젝트 수주 및 수익성 확보

      Maintains a strategic overview of the local business assigned to him and ensures that Arup is positioned to bid for identified opportunities.

     국내의 건축분야 사업에서 전략적 관점 유지 및 파악된 비즈니스 기회에서 Arup의 입찰 참여 가능 여부에 대한 확인

      Develops external business networks and proactively seek opportunities to project Arup’s brand and capability to assist the development and positioning of Arup’s business in the country.

     외부와의 비즈니스 네트워크를 발전시키고, 국내에 Arup사가 비즈니스적인 측면에서 성공적으로 안착하기 위해 Arup브랜드 가치와 기술을 적용할 수 있는 비즈니스 기회를 적극적으로 모색

      Develops effective working relationships with Practice Leaders to ensure local business needs are understood and effectively reflected in people/resourcing strategies.

     국내 리딩 건축설계사들과의 효율적인 업무관계 구축을 통해 국내 비즈니스 요구 사항을이해하고 인적자원 운영전략에 효과적으로 반영

      Contributes to and leverage off Arup’s global and regional business capability and networks.

     Arup 글로벌 아시아지역에서의 비즈니스 역량 네트워크에 기여하고 활용함

      Work with Practices and operational management to ensure the availability and deployment of capable resource to meet sold business needs.

     수주한 프로젝트의 수행에 필요한 인적자원의 확보 및 투입가능 여부 확인을 위해 건축설계사 및 사내 관리조직과의 협력 수행

Is this role right for you?

Qualifications and Experience required:

자격요건 및 요구경력:

·       Degree in architect/Structural engineering or related discipline.

건축 / 구조 공학 또는 관련 분야 학위

·       Licensed Structural Engineer in Korea or overseas is preferred.

국내 또는 해외 구조 기술사 우대

·   At least 12-15 years’ experience in structural design of high rise buildings, industrial structures, retrofit and rehabilitation projects from a renowned engineering consulting/construction firm.

유명 엔지니어링 컨설팅 또는 건설 회사에서 고층 건물, 산업시설 구조, 개조 복구 프로젝트의 구조 설계 수행 12-15년 경력

·       Experience in design, calculations, analysis, specifications, seismic design of building structures.

빌딩분야 설계, 계산, 분석, 시방서작성, 내진 설계 경험

·       Proficient in Autocad, Revit Structure, STAAD Pro, SAP, ETABS, SAFE, PCA Col and other similar structural design/construction software.

Autocad, Revit Structure, STAAD Pro, SAP, ETABS, SAFE, PCA Col 를 포함한 각종 구조 해석 및 설계 소프트웨어의 사용에 능숙함.

·       Should possess strong leadership and organizational skills that he/she is capable of leading a team of young and dynamic engineers.

뛰어난 리더십과 조직력을 바탕으로 활기 넘치는 엔지니어들로 구성된 팀을 이끌어감.

·       Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and can deal well with clients locally and internationally.

국내외 고객들을 대하는데 필요한 뛰어난 협상 기술

·       Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Korean.

영어 및 한국어에 능통

·       Ability to speak additional Asian languages would be an advantage.

추가적인 아시아 언어 구사능력 우대
