Working with the Infrastructure, Transportation and Civils Team, the Engineer will provide leadership or provide support in delivery of master planning, technical due diligence, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed engineering design of various projects.
Provide site-wide and road grading design, road network layouts, pavement designs, design of cut and fill arrangements, design of stormwater, potable water and firewater network and distribution system, and utility corridors to support project site development.
The role is based in Manila office.
Your role in our team
- Prepares scope of work for ground investigations and support the sourcing of relevant data
- Assists with site monitoring of ground investigations.
- Prepares feasibility assessments for projects.
- Develop outline design options and provide recommendations on risks/issues to assist project teams in selecting suitable
- Help develop specifications for ground engineering and foundation
- Prepare foundation and ground engineering structure
- Support project teams in progressing projects.
- Liaises with relevant external parties to ensure understanding of the client’s needs and project requirements.
- Overall responsible and accountable for entire discipline. May individually handle varying projects from time to time depending on size and requirements.
- Regular liaison with Project Managers and engineers
- Regular contact with other professionals within discipline across the firm
- Regular liaison outside the firm with technical specialists, clients and engineers

Is this role right for you?
- Licensed Civil Engineer with specialization or Masters in Geotechnical Engineering will be advantage.
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar capacity with extensive exposure on geotechnical design work covering infrastructure projects, particular experience of roads and bridges would be an advantage.
- Detailed understanding local and international seismic design conditions
- Extensive knowledge of general analysis and design software
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Very good leadership and mentoring skills as well as effective practice of time management
- Excellent team orientation and extensive capacity to liase with external relations
