The Opportunity 

•    Lead hands-on concept and detailed mechanical design for diverse projects.
•    Provide design calculations, drawings, and specifications while ensuring technical quality standards.
•    Facilitate and coordinate design activities within the MEP team, promoting best practices and up-to-date techniques.
•    Conduct technical reviews of MEP projects to guarantee compliance with project deliverables.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry networks, and government agencies.

Is this role right for you? 

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant mechanical design experience.
•    Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
•    In-depth knowledge of local and international engineering regulations and best practices.
•    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    A proactive approach to project management and a commitment to achieving exceptional results under pressure.
