As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to diverse projects across Spain and beyond, collaborating with national and international teams.

 

The Opportunity

Drive innovation in Project Management and contribute to impactful projects in the Science & Industry sector. Support project leaders in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing suppliers, and liaising with clients and public administrations.

 

As a Senior Project Manager at Arup, you will:

  • Coordinate Science, Industry, and Technology projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Manage the delivery of bids, reports, and other documents, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Support project monitoring, document quality control, and financial control of project costs and budgets.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, client interactions, supplier management, and site visits.

 

Does this role inspire you?

We are looking for someone proactive that is willing to work in a dynamic team. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience, particularly in project coordination.
  • A strong interest in the Science, Industry, and Technology sectors within the construction industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
