The global security landscape is evolving rapidly, and our Resilience, Security and Risk team plays a critical role in protecting people, infrastructure and assets from emerging threats. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Security Consultant to lead and deliver innovative, risk-based security solutions across a broad and diverse project portfolio.

The Opportunity

·         Deliver integrated security designs across disciplines, including Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intruder Detection, and physical barriers.

·         Manage security system projects from inception to implementation, ensuring they are appropriate, proportionate, and client-focused.

·         Undertake threat, vulnerability and risk assessments, technical reviews, and site inspections for a range of high-profile clients.

·         Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including planners, engineers, and specialists to develop sustainable security strategies.

·         Support business growth through stakeholder engagement, public speaking, and regional/international travel.

Is this role right for you?

·         A background in security consulting or systems engineering within the built environment, and a relevant qualification or significant industry experience.

·         Deep knowledge of industry standards including Secured by Design, CPTED, BIM/Revit workflows, and integration with third-party systems.

·         Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, and a strong grasp of national/international security legislation and standards.

·         Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate complex concepts clearly—both in writing and in person.

·         A proactive, innovative mindset with a commitment to sustainable design and a holistic approach to solving security challenges.

·         NSW Security License 2A highly desirable
