As our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Experienced Hires, you will join our Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including developing go-to-market strategies, sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates. Additionally, you will be tasked with building strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across the Asia Pacific region.
The Opportunity
· Manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process for all roles across East Asia region. Manage talent sourcing activities including research, market intelligence and mapping, direct outreaches, networking and screening
· Partner with the broader HR team, functions include HR Business Partners, Rewards, International Mobility, EDI, and Operations teams across Asia Pacific…etc. to understand talent needs and deliver recruiting strategies and solutions.
· Establish strong relationships with wider People Team, business administrators and hiring managers, communicate status of tasks and work cross-functionally to collect information as well as share candidates with recruiting team members where a potential fit exists.
· Manage the communication flow in a timely manner between hiring managers and candidates; Provide a high-touch experience to all candidates from application stage to offer.
· Advise hiring managers on considerations such as level, compensation, and responsibilities, to help attract, retain and develop top talent.
· Maintain the internal system to manage applicant flow for compliance and internal reporting (including requisitions and candidate profiles). Provide input on various recruiting and tracking reports, and collaborate with global teams to drive operational excellence in recruitment and interview experiences

Is this role right for you?
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience acquired either in-house or in a search environment, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment projects in engineering consulting, construction or a related industry. Proficient in handling senior stakeholders.
· Time management skills combined with the ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The ability to deliver results and meet deadlines is critical.
· Proactively sources talent through effective employer branding, networking, and a strong market presence. Has a good understanding of proactive sourcing techniques like LinkedIn.
· Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
· Good team players locally and virtually. Open-minded and flexible in managing changes.
· Complete fluency in English & Cantonese/ Mandarin with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Candidates with fewer years of experience will also be considered as Talent Acquisition Specialists.
