Arup Digital Products (ADP) in China is currently recruiting a Software Sales Manager with strong technical background to drive its Oasys LS-DYNA Environment software distribution and support business.

Relationships

The Software Sales Manager will be responsible to the ADP China lead in Shanghai and to our global ADP leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops new leads, formulate offers to new clients
• Visits prospective users’ sites with our technical engineers and support presales activities
• Attend competitive bids
• Supports post-sales activities and help recovering payment from customers
• Contributes to promotion activities for LS-DYNA and Oasys software and products in China
• Liaises with Ansys Channel and Sales managers and defend Oasys’ interests as distributor
• Follows LS-DYNA distributors' rules in China
• Achieves quarterly and annual sales targets
• Confers with ADP leadership based in UK, India, Japan and US as appropriate to clarify or resolve commercial problems

Qualifications and Experience

• We are looking for professionals with over 3+ years of experience.
• A BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline
• Knowledge of the LS-DYNA/Oasys/FE modelling software is a plus
• Experience relating to software sales and client management is a plus
• Willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Microsoft Office literate using Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word
• Bilingual in Chinese and English
