Structural BIM Technician

You will play a key role in delivering precise and coordinated models and documentation using Revit and other BIM tools. You'll collaborate with engineers and designers to support digital design delivery and contribute to multidisciplinary building projects. You will manage your own work packages, ensure cross-discipline coordination, and uphold best practice BIM standards.

The Opportunity 
•    Produce accurate and coordinated BIM models and drawings in line with Arup and Singapore standards.
•    Take ownership of specific work packages, delivering outputs to agreed deadlines with minimal supervision.
•    Coordinate with architects, engineers, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes and produce integrated solutions.
•    Apply digital workflows and support the continuous improvement of BIM processes and practices.
•    Participate in project meetings, contributing to design discussions and quality assurance efforts.

Is this role right for you? 
•    A diploma or tertiary qualification in Engineering/Drafting, and experience in structural BIM within a consultancy or design environment.
•    Proficiency in Revit (essential); familiarity with Navisworks, Tekla, Dynamo, or Grasshopper is a plus.
•    Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward delivering high-quality outputs.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
•    A motivated, adaptable mindset with a desire to grow professionally within the BIM field.
