The Opportunity
Assisting senior staff and gaining exposure on a variety of projects such as urban and regional planning, mobility and policy analysis, bicycle and pedestrian planning and development policy and economics
Conducting research and analysis both for project formulation and development as well as writing reports for internal and external purposes based on findings.
S
upporting preparation of project presentations, workshops, graphic materials and coordination and project management activities both within the urban planning team and the broader office
Supporting administrative tasks
Coordinating with multiple disciplines and working in conjunction with project managers to help complete assigned tasks
Understanding trends and best practices in urban planning, community development, transport and urban logistics
Is this role right for you?
Working towards a Bachelor’s degree (Pregrado) in Urban Studies/Urban Management
Advanced proficiency in English language is a must (verbal and written). Knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus.
Excellent writing, analytical and research skills
Interest and academic experience with geospatial analysis (e.g., ArcGIS,), statistical and urban data analysi
Strong teamwork capabilities, and an outstanding sense of responsibility, contribution and achievement
Self-starter and ability to contribute to different teams and disciplines, and a diverse range of activities, including administrative
Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
Proficiency in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, among others.

Bogota, Colombia Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in this office is from COP 1,750,000 to COP 1,850,000 per month. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Bogota will differ.
